Create as many Projects/Assignments as you like and run various reports to easily see where you are spending your time.

Create an Account

Create an account. After that you can establish Clients, Projects, Assignments and Tasks.

Install a client application

Connect to your account using one of our client applications suitable for your needs. We support a desktop application for Windows 10, as well as applications for Android and iPhone.

Choose a License

Currently, the Basic license is provided (which is free). Don't let that fool you, though. You may be able to satisfy all your required needs with just this level. Future offerings will expand into Invoicing, sub-Assignments and so on.

Who's it for?

TimeCog was developed with the independent contractor in mind. During its lifetime it was enhanced to allow contracters to sub-assign projects to other individuals for the expressed goal of load-balancing workloads across other resources. but still represent the managing partner on the assignment. The Free version provides a lot of functionality for an individual to track time, other Paid versions will extend the ablity to sub-assign or perform more advanced reporting.

Where's it going?

TimeCog is looking to the future to extend this solution to allow other means of managing clocking with other devices (phones, tablets). Currently, it offers the tools to start and stop the clock with time aggregating to the configured task.

In addition, we will be expanding the features to include more detailed reporting and sub-assigning of projects.
